Wet and mild winter, followed by a hot spring, with an absence of rainfall and some drought, and budding on the vine in the first fortnight of May, with the cycle of a normal year.

Description

Dry and mild summer, without extremes of heat, which delayed the ripening process by at least 15 days compared to a normal year. Very slow but balanced final ripening, punctuated by spells of rain, with the harvest extending throughout October.
