Oinoz Verdejo, D.O. Rueda Spain.

Refreshing and elegant wine. A single varietal wine that demonstrates the potential of the Verdejo of Castilla la Vieja. Displays a pale straw yellowish colour with vivid greenish hues, clean and very bright. Its bouquet is intense and clean; fruit from the tropical range in harmony with white floral scents amid tones of hay and fresh grass with aniseed touches. Good structure on the palate with good balance and a touch of acidity that lends a notable freshness in perfect harmony with the alcohol, concluding with an elegant, fruity finish. An enduring wine, with balanced bitterness at the finish and a long aftertaste.

 Tagua Chardonnay, Chile White Wine.

Golden yellow color. On nose the notes of tropic fruits stand out, like pineapple and mango, plus an interesting touch of fresh apple. The palate is soft, but with a body present, acidity is very low, recommended to drink cold on springs evennings.

Melior Sauvignon Blanc, D.O. Rueda Spain.

Wet and mild winter, followed by a hot spring, with an absence of rainfall and some drought, and budding on the vine in the first fortnight of May, with the cycle of a normal year. Dry and mild summer, without extremes of heat, which delayed the ripening process by at least 15 days compared to a normal year. Very slow but balanced final ripening, punctuated by spells of rain, with the harvest extending throughout October.
